If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the service (“Service”), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership. This Agreement may be modified by Royal Consultancy Services from time to time effective upon notice to you as a Member. Whenever there is a change in the Terms of Use, Royal Consultancy Services will intimate you of such change. Your continued use of the Site pursuant to such change will constitute deemed acceptance of such changes.
In order to use the LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara Site (“Site”), you must register as a member of the Site (“Member”). The Member or any users using the Site agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you wish to become a Member and promote/advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara service (“Service”), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process.
The Site is a serious matchmaking platform to seek life partners and is not a casual dating site. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by Royal Consultancy Services from time to time. Membership and rights of admission are reserved.
To register as a Member of LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
The LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliances between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. You further confirm that you intend to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this site for casual dating.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise stated in writing.
The LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for matrimonial purposes and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organisations, companies, and businesses cannot become Members of LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara and should not use the Service or Site for any purpose.
By registering on LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara, you confirm that the information provided by you is correct to the best of your knowledge.
Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara. The platform reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
You cannot use any automated processes, including bots, scripts, or programs, to view content on or communicate with LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara and/or its members.
You understand and agree that LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara may delete any listing, content, communication, photos, or profiles (“Content”) that violate this Agreement or may be offensive, illegal, or harmful to members.
Illegal and prohibited content includes:
Offensive or hateful content
Harassment
Spam or junk mail
False or misleading information
Pornographic material
Illegal activity promotion
Unauthorized commercial activities
You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary information without prior written consent from the owner of such rights.
You are solely responsible for your communications with other LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara members. The platform reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between members.
Use of the LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara Site and/or Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and follows guidelines to protect your privacy.
In no event shall LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Service.
If there is any dispute involving the Site and/or Service, by using the Site, you agree that all such disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, India only.
You agree to indemnify and hold LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any loss, liability, or claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement.
You hereby understand that this Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara regarding the use of the Site and/or Service. The registration of a member on LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara and/or use of the services implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
