Welcome to LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Consultancy Services, which, unless excluded or contradicted by the subject matter or context, includes its subsidiaries, successors, agents, and assigns (hereinafter referred to as “Service Providers”).
LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara includes the online platform, website, mobile applications, blogs, and social media accounts operated by the Service Provider from time to time solely in connection with matrimonial and matchmaking services.
All payments for services related to LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara shall be made in the name of Royal Consultancy Services.
Payments for services provided by LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara are accepted on a 100% advance payment basis.

Membership fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

3. Security of Online Payments
Every payment transaction made on LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara is secured through trusted payment gateway providers.
LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara does not collect or store any sensitive payment information such as:

4. Activation of Membership Packages

Online payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI are generally activated within 24 to 48 hours.

Payments made through Cheque, Draft, Cash Deposit, NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS may take up to 48 hours after confirmation in the Service Provider’s account.

During holidays, bank holidays, or technical issues, activation may take additional time.
5. Refund Policy
All membership services offered by LAGNAM by Sanskriti Parampara are provided on a 100% advance and non-refundable basis.
Once the membership payment is successfully completed by the subscriber, the amount paid:

Cannot be refunded

Cannot be transferred

Cannot be adjusted against any other service
